Public Use Cabins
Alaska State Parks offers cabins that are open-use to the public upon reservation & rental fee. Cabin accessibility varies between highway entry, trail, boat or plane.

Fishing & Licensing
The Chena River Area has various ponds stocked with rainbow trout, rivers harboring arctic grayling, and the Chena River receives a flood of salmon in the fall. Fish species, regulations & licensing can be bought at Pleasant Valley Store in Two Rivers, mile post 23 Chena Hot Springs Road.
Wildlife & precautions
Two Rivers is a superb place for wildlife viewing and is conveniently just a short drive from Fairbanks. It is home to many wild critters including grizzly bears, black bears, moose, lynx, wolves and various species of birds. Click the link to learn more about bear safety and other wildlife facts.
